With more than a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Benedict Olberding prepared for his career as a student at the University of Oregon. While an undergraduate, Benedict Olberding was accepted into the honors program at the institution’s Lundquist College of Business and graduated with a degree in finance.
Following his graduation, Olberding became a mortgage broker. Within a year, he was named branch manager and oversaw three offices in North Carolina and South Carolina. Later, he started his own firm in Charlotte and became a top-producing loan officer, sales manager, and accountant. In his current position with GO Consulting, he advises mortgage-related businesses on issues related to marketing, training, loan officer activities, and file management.
When not providing guidance to his clients, Benedict Olberding enjoys spending time out on the water. Interested in boating his entire life, he selected his residence in Mooresville due to its proximity to Lake Norman. Moreover, he owns a Chris-Craft Corsair 36 Power Boat and a Supra World-edition Wakeboard Boat. Some of his other aquatic interests include rowing, jet skiing to work, and wakesurfing.
